Introduction
The Human Captital Management ( HCM) department is looking for a talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a HCM Manager. Dependant on the successful candidate’s experience and competence, the position would typically perform the role of 2IC in the department reporting to the HCM Executive.

The HCM Manager is primarily responsible for the execution and management of:
•Administration (including leave management) and Benefits
•Reporting and analytics,
•Information system and automation thereof
•Procedures and policies, including standardisation and improvement thereof

Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Annual remuneration reviews
•Performance reviews
•Development and implementation of best practice HCM policies and procedures
•Implementation of other HCM related projects
•Provide guidance to stakeholders on employee relations matters
•Mentoring and coaching of the team
•Culture initiatives
Requirements
We require the following:
•Ideally 8 - 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
•HCM related Degree is essential
•In depth knowledge and experience with HCM information systems and the implementation thereof.
•SAGE People 300 expert/Superuser is preferred
•Detail orientated
•Exceptional planning and organising skills
•Assertiveness
•Good communication skills
•Strong analytical and numerical ability
•Sound knowledge of all relevant labour legislation and practices
