Specification
To perform HCM administrative and information service to all staff on employee matters regarding personnel administration, long service awards, pension fund, medical aid, death and disability benefits, terminations, etc. , including the preparation and publication of HCM statistics as and when required.
Requirements
To perform HCM administrative and information service to all staff on employee matters regarding personnel administration, long service awards, pension, medical aid, death and disability, terminations, etc. including the preparation and publication of HCM statistics as and when required.


The successful candidate will be responsible for/should possess the following:

Personnel Administration: ensure that personnel files are scanned and employee information validated on HCM Drive; perform administration of service related tasks; ensure that all foreign employees have a valid work permit or business visa while employed.
Maintenance of Templates: updating HCM templates and forms
Long Service Award: to prepare and issue long term service awards on a monthly basis; notify the GM’s and service department heads of the long service awards that are due prior to the next financial year.
Pension Fund: ensure the administration of employee pension fund changes; distribute flexible contribution forms to employees and submit to fund administrator and payroll department
Medical Aid: responsible of the administration of employee medical aid changes; save and load annual brochures and forms on company's intranet; conduct employee
medical aid audit annually and arrange year end sessions through service provider.
Leave: approve leave, assist with leave report and leave recons
Life & Disability benefits: ensure that investigations are conducted for death and disability claims; ensure that nomination beneficiary forms are up to date and filed
accordingly.
Performance Management: KPIs - Load KPIs on SAGE 300 People system for each individual; request and load KPIs and competencies for all new employees.
360 Feedback - assist with the compilation of 360 reviewer list; issue 360s on ESS for completion by end of Feb annually.
Adhoc: prepare monthly staff list; prepare statistics report; preparation of employment confirmation letters; update FAQs; Review BBBEE information for Management
Control, EE and Skills ; order stationary
Reporting: assist with tender reporting; prepare monthly staff list; prepare monthly statistics report (turnover, engagements, terminations - HCM dashboard);
Intranet: updating HCM forms and policies

Qualification:
National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
SAGE 300 People System Training

Experience:
Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience
MS Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced level)
Working knowledge of BCEA, EEA, SDA
SAGE 300 People System experience
